Job description
An opportunity has arisen for a shop assistant to join our team, within one of our 3 retail Bakers and Coffee shops across Glasgow. McDonalds Bakers is a family run business, that has been serving the people of Glasgow for over 50 years and prides itself in providing quality products and excellent service to all our customers.
Working as part of a team, the main duties of the role are:
Serving customers, whilst maintaining high standards of customer care
Working within the policies and procedures to ensure good standards of hygiene and safety are met
Assisting in the preparation, cleaning and setting up of the shop to provide a hygienic and welcoming environment for our customers
Food preparation and food handling/serving
Making, preparing and serving hot drinks, such as tea/coffee
Cash handling
If you have good communication and numeracy skills, a friendly approach and are willing to work as part of a team, in an environment that strongly advocates good customer service, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Previous experience would be great but is not essential as training and support will be provided
