£48,000 - £53,000 + benefits
We have partnered with a leading manufacturing organisation looking to appoint a Health and Safety Manager to lead at their two sites in Telford. As the Health and Safety Manager you will be accountable for driving change and developing the safety culture at this key site, which is made up of a production site and a small distribution site next door.

The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead and support on various site H&S matters
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the sites, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practice
- Design and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site and encourage positive health and safety behaviours and environmental practice
- Manage ISO Systems - 45001, 14001
- Ensure all H&S training needs are fulfilled
- Develop and run H&S workshops and meetings
The Health and Safety Manager Candidate will have:
- Ideally diploma qualified but NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent NVQ as aminimum
- Previous H&S management experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to strongly influence various internal stakeholders
- Experience of maintaining - ISO 45001, 14001 systems
- Ability to influence and get buy-in, within a fast paced environment
