Job description
Lynx UK Ltd is a telecommunications asset management and engineering company, which aims to be a one-stop-shop for all stages of decommissioning and ethically redeploying pre-owned telecoms equipment and systems to the telecoms industry.
As we are expanding, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our friendly team of Project Managers in assisting with the smooth running of on-going projects and ensure consistent communication with colleagues and customers.
Main responsibilities include:
Project Planning:
Identify project stakeholders and determine their needs and expectations
Establish clear set project goals
Produce detailed project schedule
Determine type, quality and quantity of resource required
Prepare Risk and Method Statements (RAMS)
Determine budget and create financial plan
Define quality expectations and targets
Identify techniques for quality control and develop quality plan
Map risks, identify contingency actions and develop risk plan
Develop communication strategy with stakeholders and develop communication plan
Identify external supplies required and develop procurement plan
Project Execution:
Implement project plans to build deliverables
Manage timelines and costs
Identify and manage risk
Assure and control quality
Suggest and implement modifications to project scope, deliverables, and resources
Track and monitor procurements
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
Project Closure:
Ensure project completion criteria have been met
Release project resources
Conduct project review
Evaluate performance against defined objectives
Any other task required by the role as may arise from time to time
Qualifications Required:
Project Management Degree or equivalent, such as Prince2 or SMSTS
Health & Safety qualification such as SMSTS, SSSTS
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication Skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Strong Organisational Skills
Good Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent Attention to Detail
