Location: Cambridge with a blend of hybrid working
Contract: Permanent, Part time, 28 hours per week over 4 or 5 days

About the role
As an integral member of the HR team you will be providing a professional and comprehensive HR service, ensuring that our customers receive seamless HR partnering support.
This will involve a wide range of operational activities across recruitment, performance management, reward and benefits, employee engagement, talent development, succession planning and employee relations, and project support.
You will work collaboratively and proactively with line managers to facilitate positive employee engagement by being the trusted source of expert advice on HR matters including contract variations through to flexible working, maternity and paternity and more.
We will also endeavour to support your self-development, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law, best practice and company policy to help maintain the effectiveness of HR service delivery across Cambridge University Press and Assessment.
