Job description
Working on the busiest network in Europe has some fantastic challenges, our street lighting team are responsible for going around the Network to identify defects with street lighting. We do this nightly Monday to Friday, under the direction of the lighting supervisor.
The team are currently looking for a diligent driver to join the team to support them with this crucial work. You will also have the opportunity to support the wider lighting team with delivery of lighting maintenance activities .
This role is crucial to ensuring the safety of the team and other road workers, including yourself. You should understand the importance of the role and the responsibilities this brings driving in closures safely and around the network.
CPS is a joint Venture project with Balfour Beatty, Atkins, and Egis. We operate and maintain the M25.
The M25 is the busiest section of motorway in Europe and requires careful and efficient planning of work in order to deliver over 100m of annual investment in the highway infrastructure each year, in addition to planned and reactive maintenance activity.
