Sales Account Manager – Cobham
£38,000 – £45,000 plus commissions and bonuses (£60,000 OTE)
Our industry leading client is looking for a highly experienced Sales Account Manager. who has the desire and ambition to become a rising star and to progress within a fast-growing business. Working under the direct leadership of the Managing Director, and alongside the Service Delivery team the Sales Account Manager will be a pivotal part of the company becoming the first point of call to clients and responsible for delivering an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Become the first point of contact for our expanding high-profile client base.
- Ensuring that all clients are aware of exciting and expanding product portfolio and ability to identify further opportunities.
- Coordinate all aspects of Client Account Management
- Maintain regular contact (MS Teams and phone) with clients.
- Generate new upsell and cross opportunities, working alongside our Marketing Manager to develop ongoing communication and sales strategies.
- Attend meeting onsite when appropriate (often with Managing Director and Head of Operations)
- Manage an existing client sales pipeline against targets.
- Updating CRM and Operational software systems with all client conversations, information, and activities
- Monitoring developments and updates within our industry
Experience and Skills Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience within Sales or Account Management within a B2B environment
- Previous experience within the Facilities Management sectors.
- Highly computer literate with experience of modern, web-based software as well as Microsoft Office
- Confident and experienced in speaking at decision-maker level.
- Demonstrable evidence of Sales/Account Management successes and track record of performing against targets
- Good at building and maintaining trusted relationships – a team player
- Planning and organisational skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Exceptional communications skills – both verbally and written
- A growth mindset and a clear desire to develop professionally
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and passionate about personal development
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet expectations for quick turnaround times
- Able to work independently and contribute as part of a team
