Overview

Recent graduate? We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a target-oriented attitude to join a growing company in Guildford as a Graduate Business Development Executive.

Salary: £10/hour temp, up to £23,000 perm

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop new and existing customers for the business through a variety of sales techniques
• Meet and strive to exceed all targets set by your Project Manager
• Plan and prioritise personal sales activities
• To cross sell where possible keeping the wider business aims in mind
• Respond to all inbound enquiries using appropriate methods
• Generate appointments for your Project Manager according to agreed targets
• Give regular feedback/reports to your manager

Requirements

• Ideally a graduate with a 2:1 from a top university
• Excellent communication skills
• Some previous experience of working within a target-oriented environment
• A clear and professional telephone manner
