Project Manager – High End Residential
Eastbourne
£70,000 - £80,000 (+ package)
Our client is a High End Residential Developer on the search for a Project Manager for a project based in Eastbourne. The project consists of 60 units in total comprising of three new build blocks and one block to be refurbished. This project will require a Project Manager with RC Frame, Basement, Groundwork and Demolition experience. Valued at £40m.
Project Manager Requirements:
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
• High End Residential experience (Advantageous)
• Degree Educated (not essential)
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
In Return:
• Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + package (slight movement)
