Digital Sales Advisor Northampton Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00£27,000 + commission based bonus We have a great opportunity for service driven individuals, who posses’ good communication skills and an interest in engineering. Our Northampton based client are looking for digital sales advisors to join their team, to virtually contact and advise contacts on products primarily via virtual calls.No previous sales experience is needed, but good digital/IT skills, ability to build relationships and a forward-thinking ability is essential. Key Duties:
- Arrange and conduct digital meetings with customers and prospective customers to discuss, understand, solve problems, and showcase specialised products.
- Demonstrate their market-leading products and engineering capability to provide exceptional solutions.
- Analyse customer dashboards to identify which customers to contact.
- Proactively searching for opportunities.
- Using in house CRM and ERP system to identify leads.
- Finding engineering solutions to customer requirements.
- Using the inhouse showroom to virtually host customer meetings and demonstrations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- An interest or experience in engineering (e.g., are you intrigued about the way things work?)
- Be able to show examples of digital content creation
- Expertise or good understanding of digital technology
- Proficient LinkedIn user
- An inquisitive and problem-solving approach
- Excellent communicator to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to self-manage your week while maintaining high productivity levels
