We have an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to establish their name further within the Construction Industry 

You will be responsible for developing and nurturing existing client relationships and developing new relationships within the Structural Steel sector. 

We are looking for excellent communication skills/ a telephone manner and a driven/determined, self-motivated individual.

The ideal candidate must possess

• Self-motivation and drive.
• A strong and continuous focus on business development and planning for business needs
• Excellent communication Skills both Verbal and Written 
• A proven background in sales within either Construction or Large Quarry Industries
• Ability to work autonomously to Targets and KPI’s 

Main responsibilities of the role:

• Creating and Maintaining excellent working relationships with new customers
• Building and maintaining a steady growth of new customers
• Quoting prices to customers as and when required
• Negotiating with customers and suppliers to achieve the best price for both the company and the customer
• Ensure that excellent customer relationships are maintained, by being available for customer queries as and when required
• Liaison with the Sales Manager continuously
• Support the Sales Manager in the promotion of the brand

Remuneration:

Basic Salary £35,000,00 per annum + Commission OTE, £50,000.00 - £60,000.00 per annum
