Fawkes and Reece have been approached by a very well-respected main contractor who are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to work on a project in Essex. I am assisting with their search for a highly skilled Senior Site Manager for their new build commercial project.
As a business this contractor are known for producing first-class delivery with a highly professional approach making them one of the top contractors in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a company who invest in their employees and work hard to create a positive company culture to ensure they have a high retention of staff and well performing construction teams. This senior site manager will be joining an established division with a strong pipeline, looking to bring on a senior site manager who can progress and grow within the company and assist in delivering a new project for a very loyal client.
This senior Site Manager will be no. 2 to the Project Lead so we are ideally looking for a manager who has experience in delivering projects from start to finish and ideally a senior site manager who is a team player and someone enthusiastic about delivering to a high standard. This role has a lot of rewards not just financially, it is a good chance to join a project at the start and see it through, giving every opportunity to prove your ability and progress.
We are looking for a Senior Site manager who can demonstrate leadership and who has the ability to drive the programme, H&S on site and manage a team of site managers to ensure the smooth running of the project.
