Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Order Entry + Customer Service
- Follow up and support enquiries
- Price control and management
- CRM input and customer/accounting system management
- Invoice processing
- Supplier & stock Management
- Customer complaints & Follow up
- Some technical testing and customer follow up
- Support and assist customer service team
- Sales prospecting/lead management/support
- Some accounting support as needed
- Other duties tba as and when needed to support the business
The training you will be getting
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
College attendance is required one day a month
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Subject to a successful apprenticeship you will be employed by the company and considered for a full-time role.
