Role: Full time

Location: Gloucester/London with travel to Pookys showrooms within the UK and overseas necessary.

Salary:k per annum (depending on experience) other benefits.

The role:

Were looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to delight and grow our customer base through delivering a socialfirst marketing strategy. Youll be responsible for inspiring consumers with engaging storytelling across multiple channels to build and strengthen the brand in the UK and USA whilst ensuring a consistency of messaging.

Main responsibilities:

• Implement the marketing strategy for organic social media and influencer marketing to build engagement and reach.
• Establish best practice for the Pooky brand across different social channels Instagram Facebook Tik Tok and Pinterest.
• Be the main point of contact for our social media agencies.
• Work closely with our Content Manager to ideate and plan content that optimises social media reach and engagement. Make recommendations on content and strategy on paid social.
• Own the daytoday PR agency relationships ensuring positive communication across global agencies ensuring image quote and information requests are managed in a timely manner.
• Oversee delivery of the PR strategy including events press releases and brand collaborations.
• Work within the omnichannel brand advertising budget across the UK and US markets.
• Make recommendations on allocation of spend across channels and titles to increase brand awareness and consideration.
• Create engaging and compelling brand collateral for both retail and trade audiences including brochures lookbooks and Pooky branded gifts.
• Coordinate written brand content ensuring consistent tone of voice and messaging across Pookys website blog social media and emails.
• Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns that excite existing customers and encourage new customers to buy from Pooky.
• Provide effective management to direct reports freelance and agencies.

What experience and skills youll need:

Were looking for a passionate Marketing Manager with experience in global marketing with a focus on social media management and a proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies. You will be a qualified marketing professional who is able to demonstrate a solid breadth of handson experience in a marketing role. Youll come with strong team management skills and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. As a creative thinker and an expert in digital marketing platforms youll be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Were looking for someone who is excited about working as part of a hardworking small team within a growing and ambitious organisation. Youll be a manager who enjoys being handson and involved in daytoday operational marketing duties. Were looking for an organised and detailorientated person with a knack for relationship building and stakeholder management.

An understanding of product marketing and the ecommerce industry would be highly desirable. Experience in the interior design soft furnishings or lighting industries would be beneficial although not essential.
