Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for several Finance Business Partners to join our Finance team! You will partner cross functionally to help make informed and effective strategic commercial decisions and will be involved in financial planning - including in year forecasts, budgets and long term plan. We have various Finance Business Partner roles available, and will work with you through the interview process to identify the best area for you You will be responsible for: You will be the lead finance partner and contact for a specific business function, helping to support decision-making Drive Long Term plan and budget discussions to enable the business function to plan for the future, along with defining what the future business will look like Identifying improvement initiatives and their related financials Identifying in-year financial opportunities/risks and driving action to ensure these are capitalised on/mitigated Standing over the consolidated Divisional forecast, ensuring we are constantly looking ahead to identify commercial risks and opportunities Presenting financial outputs to the business and finance leadership teams in order to influence the future course of action or support for project initiatives Leading the periodic and quarterly review process for the business function, including providing insightful analysis for action You will need: Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Managing multiple priorities in a complex organisation Experience of engaging and working with multiple senior business stakeholders Highly evolved financial analysis skills Excellent communication skills alongside experience of engaging and building positive relationships at all levels within the business What's in it for you: We offer excellent benefits that help make Tesco a great place to work!
