Job description
Our client is a global medical device manufacturing business with world-class operations and products serving a global market. They are looking to add a Process Engineer to an existing team. Working with the Process Engineering Leader, you'll be at the heart of our engineering activities while upholding quality standards in a manufacturing facility to drive growth and innovation. Responsibilities:
- The Process Engineer will define and maintain process parameters for efficient equipment and production in line with quality standards
- Develop and maintain clear procedures for production operators, supervise and support the daily operations of production technicians
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency
- The Process Engineer will analyse process failures, losses, and quality incidents, and develop preventive measures
- Manage change control, root cause analysis, and quality events
- Propose advanced technological processes and participate in equipment upgrade projects
- Collaborate with other sites to share technical knowledge and improve efficiency
Skills/Quals:
- Grounding in Engineering Qualifications
- Process improvement experience in industrial manufacturing (flexible on sector exp)
- Project management mindset
- Generating and modifying drawings, preferably using AutoCAD
- Problem-solving
