Are you a nurturing and qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant seeking a part-time opportunity? Reeson Education is currently recruiting for a part-time position at a mainstream primary school in Wimbledon. The role requires Early Years experience and a Level 3 qualification, offering an ASAP start.

Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the Early Years classroom, assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging activities and experiences.
• Work with small groups of children or individual students to provide targeted support and assistance.
• Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment conducive to children's development.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the Early Years provision.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Relevant Early Years Level 3 qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education).
• Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of Early Years principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
