We have offices in Gatwick and London, UK; Montpellier, France; Singapore and Chicago, US. In line with the Company’s current Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our Crawley office and to work remotely for the rest of the week.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Ad Operations Executive to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our clients you will be responsible for executing their digital advertising campaigns across our websites and newsletters.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing campaign setup and process from start to finish, which includes (but is not limited to): Initiating contact with the client after campaigns have been booked, gathering deliverables, executing an on-time launch, providing metrics to sales when the campaign has finished
  • Working across US client base – required to do 2 days shifted hours (11am – 7pm)
  • Cultivating strong relationships with our clients to provide them with outstanding service in all aspects of campaign delivery
  • Performing quality assurance checks on client campaigns to confirm that all placements have been set up correctly and are delivering in alignment with our benchmarks
  • Responding to client requests in a professional and timely manner, providing accuracy and professionalism in all communications
  • Coordinating with internal teams to verify all materials required for a campaign launch are in place by their due date
  • Guarantee all email newsletters are sent according to schedule, with ads correctly displayed
  • Be a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ for all ad tech platforms
  • Assisting with digital campaign reports to deliver metrics
  • Working with the Sales team to understand client goals and needs, as well as communicating/delivering campaign results
  • An action-oriented, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage strong relationships
  • Champion for attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with ad serving technologies such as Google Ad Manager 360
  • Experience with using Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) such as Salesforce
  • Previous experience in a similar Ad Operations or Digital Media role
  • Basic experience with creative files (.jpg, .png, PDF, HTML) – resizing & compressing would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Exposure to the following software applications would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided: Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, eZ-Publish, Pressflex, Microsoft Office
