Interim Engineering Manager (Food)

Factory Based, commutable from Newport, Cardiff, Pontypool, Ebbw Vale, Pontypridd and surrounding areas

£40 - £50 per hour (Outside IR35)

3 - 6 Month Contract

Are you an Interim Engineering Manager looking to join a market leading FMCG company to play a vital part in the business taking the technical lead and showcasing your skills as an expert to ensure all facets of engineering within the factory are operating at their peak?

Do you have experience leading teams within a Factory Environment and are you looking for the opportunity to utilise your expert skillset and develop a team, stepping into a leadership position and assisting the continued success of this thriving multinational business.

This company are at the forefront of the FMCG market within the UK, and pride themselves on their excellent quality and standards. Due to an increased workload, they are looking for a skilled contractor to join and ensure the smooth running of their engineering departments, and to impart their knowledge on a close knit team.

Due to a restructure within the business and a busy workload within the factory, the client is looking to recruit an Engineering Manager on a 3 - 6 month contract working 40 hours a week to support the business and ensure the factory continues to operate at peak efficiency.

The Role:
*Manage a small team and take the lead on all aspects of engineering within the factory
*Manage your workload and work highly autonomously to ensure high standards are kept
*3 - 6 Month contract with potential to extend or move into other departments

The Person:
*Experience working within a Factory Environment as part of a senior team
*Looking to impart your skillset and put your stamp on a close knit team
