Job description
We are searching for an Infrastructure Engineer to ensure the secure and efficient operation of our client's IT infrastructure. This role involves driving the adoption of new technologies, implementing systems, and providing support to existing ones
Responsibilities
Implementing new systems to enhance the efficiency and security of the client's infrastructure
Providing support for existing systems and creating comprehensive support documentation for reference
Continuously monitoring and evaluating emerging technologies and innovations to assess their relevance and potential integration
Actively participating in technical projects related to technology deployments, upgrades, and other infrastructure improvements
Contributing to the design, development, building, and validation of IT systems
Ensuring that all documentation related to IT systems and processes is up-to-date and accurate
Using project and task management tools to efficiently complete tasks within specified timeframes, aligning with business priorities
Regularly monitoring IT systems for alerts and taking appropriate actions to maintain their health and performance
Taking ownership of incidents from inception to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Experience for supporting Microsoft 365, Intune & Azure
Knowledge of HPE data centre infrastructure
