Your new role
As a child support worker you will provide direct service to children who have emotional behavioural difficulties. You will work with children in a residential setting, and help children cope with their emotions, learn new skills, build positive relationships, and access the resources they need.
As a child support worker, you will have the opportunity to:

• · Assess the needs of each child and create a personalised plan of support
• · Provide emotional, practical, and educational support to children and their families
• · Monitor and record the progress and outcomes of each child
• · Attend training and supervision to develop your knowledge and skills

What you\'ll need to succeed

• · Communicate effectively and be a genuinely caring and thoughtful individual,
• · Previous experience working with children.
• · To have a Level 3 NVQ in Children and Young People\'s workforce or be willing to work towards
