The Client:
My client are leader within the energy industry and currently are branching out in low-carbon solutions, renewable hydrogen production and mobility for industrial players. This is an early hire to be part of the UK team into what will be an a very established team in the years to come. You will be apart of a fantastic team of specialists, leading and taking ownership of Hydrogen projects from inception to delivery.
Purpose Of Role:
Through organic growth, acquisitions and partnerships we are now looking for a O&M Manager (Operations and Maintenance) who will help with structuring and developing hydrogen projects in the UK.
Due to successful development, we are looking for a O&M Manager who will oversee all matters related to the operations and maintenance activities and projects based here in the UK. This is a new job creation in a fast-growing environment with lots of challenges.
As the new O&M Manager you will be the guarantor for the safety, reliability and availability of operations in the UK. You will be involved in projects during the business development phase (e.g. validating the O&M related assumptions, budget, technical solution, operations philosophy and strategy) and construction and will be responsible for the hand-over from the construction teams during the commissioning phase. You will then be in charge of running safe, reliable and efficient operations. You will ensure that all technical expertise is incorporated into the operation of projects. You will ensure that the lessons learned are captured and properly incorporated.
Skills and Experience:
Contract day rate: Negotiable (depending on experience)
Contract Duration: 3 months with view to extend for 12 months (after 12 months there will be an opportunity to move into a permanent role within the senior team)
