Commercial Account Handler
Location: Belfast
Hybrid/Flexible working structure

Heat Insurance Manchester has partnered with a renowned broker group to find an experienced commercial account handler.
You will join a growing team and work in a positive and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include: - Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products.
- Working closely with the account executives on larger cases
- Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels.
- Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate.
- Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
What’s required to be considered? - A solid grounding in commercial insurance.
- You’ll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels and should be used to using Word, Excel and wider broking platforms.
- Comfortable in dealing with customer enquiries via phone, face to face and email
