We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team at Kilnwick Percy Resort in Pocklington, York. Rates of pay to be discussed upon application.
This is a permanent position to work part time hours. This will be 24 hours across 3-4 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.
Typical shifts will be 6 hours over 4 days between the hours of 9am - 6pm.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

Main responsibilities:
The successful Spa Therapist will
• Perform a range of treatments on guests from our treatment menu, majority will be massage based.
• Answer queries and book appointments, advise guests on suitable treatments
• Ensure that the salon is appealing to guests.
• Actively work to help promote the spa.
• Upsell beauty products and treatments where appropriate.
• Ensure client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Previous salon experience is desired. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy is essential for this position. The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Right to Live and work in the UK
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy
Desired criteria
A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
