Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is a well-established manufacturing company, who are currently seeking two skilled MIG welders to join their team. The company specialises in bench work using weld fixtures, with job quantities ranging from 10 pieces to 100 pieces, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.
They offer a 10-minute paid break in the morning and an unpaid lunch break from 13:00-13:30.
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 17:15 (Four day, 39 – hour workweek)
Occasional overtime available on Fridays at a competitive rate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform MIG welding tasks to produce high – quality welded components.
• Work with weld fixtures to ensure precision and accuracy in welding.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Maintain a sage and clean work environment.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:  

• Previous MIG welding experience is preferred but willing to train candidates with basic welding skills.
• Knowledge of other welding techniques is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
