This is a unique opportunity for a season data leader to join a hugely exciting health-tech scale up and build out their data function.

The role:
Build and lead a high-performing data function with the aim to become a centre of knowledge for the business
Designa and implement comprehensive data strategies and systems
Identifying data sources, defining data governance frameworks, establishing data quality standards and improving the data technology stack
Establish a data-driven mindset and decision making process
Ensure data privacy and security
Data analysis and technological innovation
About you:
Proven experience in building and leading high-performing data teams
Expertise across data analytics, data science and data engineering
Strong expertise in data tech stacks
Expertise in technical data tools and programming (e.g. python, R, SQL etc)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
