The purpose of this role is to support the sales team to achieve revenue targets and grow market share. The successful candidate will support and promote product lines to new and existing accounts through promotions and bundles to increase volume without reducing margins.
- Working closely with regional teams to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- Build knowledge of competitive information and disseminate to sales and marketing.
- Prepare product quotations and follow up accordingly.
- Understand the best ways to overcome customer objections.
- Use SAP/CRM to generate Weekly/Monthly reports showing information about consumer habits, requirements or recommendations.
- Assist in the development of on-going sales strategy.
- Support with tender preparation.
- To promote company accessories and consumables to current customers.
- Plan and coordinate equipment demonstrations to meet customer requirements alongside sales efforts.
- Interact with other departments to assure the customer is effectively serviced.
- Feedback customer issues to Account Managers and Sales Managers
- Attend product training meetings as required - This may be in the UK or oversees.
- Generate and increase revenue through practice customer communication.
- Own responsibility for the annual growth from designated accounts.
- Use all sales channels and supplier frameworks to manage customer accounts.
- Deal with inbound telephone enquiries.
- Build close working relationship with the customer management team.
- Customer external visits with key accounts when required.
- Ensure that requests for pricing, delivery and product information are handled in a timely and effective manner.
- Undertake any other duties and projects in order to meet personal, team and organisational objectives.

Person Specification:
The successful candidate will demonstrate the below skills;
- Good level of IT skills including MS Office.
- Customer focused.
- Organised and effective at prioritisation.
- Team player
- Willing to share knowledge.
- Reliable
- SAP working knowledge
Previous experience within a similar role or with healthcare sales will be viewed highly desirably in applications. The client will also favour applicants that have proven experience in achieving sales targets.
