Employed Dentist

Location: Cheshire area

Employed Dentist opportunities, Competitive UDA contracts both full and part time roles available (part time pro-rata salary)

With our on-going investment in dental treatments and available surgery space available, youll have the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

As part of {my}dentist, youll have access to the largest clinical support network in UK dentistry, a central Support Centre covering Compliance, IT, Legal and Patient Support teams, as well as a dedicated Marketing Department. Develop your private base, grow your career, and make a difference for your patients whilst cutting out the paperwork.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing patients with the full range of high-

quality treatments. For dentists who also want to be able to provide cosmetic treatments, like

clear aligners, discounted courses are available through the {my}dentist Academy training

facility.

Benefits summary

As an Employed Dentist you will benefit from:

• Up to £50,000 basic salary + generous car allowance, once you hit the UDA target, you can over achieve and earn £10 per UDA
• 40% on any private work
• You can work as a Regional Employed Dentist 5 days a week or part time (pro rata salary)
• Security, this an employed role which means they you paid a guaranteed basic salary along with lots of other benefits such as car allowance, professional obligations paid for e.g. MI and GDC reimbursed in full, regardless of whether the regional is full or part-time
• 100% lab bills paid for
• Employed benefits such as 25 days paid holiday, maternity/paternity pay, sick pay and access to the EAP helpline
• You get the chance to try a few different practices and, in the future, if you wanted to take the jump to be an Associate you can move internally in the business to an Associate Dentist role at a practice you know and like
• Hands on 1-1 support and regular check in sessions with a Clinical Support Manager
• 5000 UDA target (5 days) this is pro rata for part time roles
• Access to discounted courses from the mydentist academy
