Are you a dedicated and driven HR professional who's passionate about people?

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying key areas of focus to address people challenges and align them with the company's HR strategy.
• Support the MD to a develop high performance leadership team, attracting the best possible talent and driving development,
• Act as a HR Subject Matter Expert for the business, providing superb business partnering advice,
• Define and develop the wider culture, with a focus on D&I and a welcoming, supportive culture,
• Align Talent strategy with wider business goals and ensure development and succession plans are in place,
• Lead the development of a superb Employee Experience, collaborating with the groups wider HR team effectively,
• Ensure the highest levels of governance, risk assessment and compliance,

What are we looking for?

• HR experience at a senior operational level,
• Someone who can point to tangible improvements they've led on,
• An active and hands on leader at all times,
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Experience in working with both blue and white collar workers
• Highly proficient in employment law,
• Member of CIPD or equivalent qualification,
