Trilogic Recruitment is representing a leading manufacturing company who is seeking a diligent Production Planner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer open order reports, ensuring accurate and timely information, and facilitating smooth communication between various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer open order reports by gathering necessary information from internal stakeholders such as Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Quality.
- Monitor customer backlog and ensure product progression aligns with expectations.
- Keep the companys Master Planning Schedule up to date with the latest information derived from open order reports.
- Support internal stakeholders during customer interactions, meetings, and visits, and take appropriate actions based on the discussions.
- Handle requests for expedites, coordinating with relevant departments and confirming changes with customers.
- Assist with other customer requests as needed, including free issue stock takes and sending delivery notes.
Requirements
- Proficient in maintaining and managing customer open order reports.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal departments and external customers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with quality standards and compliance procedures.
- Willingness to adapt to changing responsibilities and contribute to overall organizational goal
