Job description
Supplying an exciting portfolio of prepared products to the UK retail market, our Client is looking to strengthen their customer facing technical team and offer a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Manager to take ownership of a key retail customer, and build strong relationships across all aspects of the supply chain.
The position of Technical Manager will allow the successful individual to work with a passionate customer focused technical team, taking ownership of and working closely with a significant retail customer. Working as part of the highly driven team, there will be exposure to an exciting variety of product categories and the opportunity to further develop highly invaluable technical and customer management experience.
Responsibilities overview;
Customer specification, complaints, and order management
Achieve specific targets and KPIs on technical issues and ensure customers are satisfied at all times
Retail customer management to ensure product satisfaction, compliance, and continuous successful relationship growth
Requirements;
Experience gained within the Fresh Produce and / or Food Manufacturing sectors
High level of communication skills, with a passionate and professional approach at all levels
Previous experience within a technical role, with exposure to customer technical management proving beneficial
Location; Kent
Salary; Competitive Hours; Monday – Friday, with some flexibility required
