Social Worker Assistant - Adults Assessment Team

South Wales based Local Authority (Newport) is seeking a Social Worker Assistant to join their Adults Assessment Team.

Social Worker Assistants will act as key workers and provide support for Adults with unmet needs to prevent or minimise the risk of needs escalating.

You will be working to support Social Workers in the IAA Hub providing information, advice and assistance to adults.

Your responsibilities would be:

• Working with Vulnerable Adults
• Supporting Social Worker across the County Borough
• Managing a Caseload

Requirements:

• Car and Full Drivers License (may consider non car driver)
• 12 Months Experience
