The Role:
We are recruiting for a Service Administrator to join a state of the art premium dealership based in Portsmouth.
The ideal candidate will have previous motor trade experience and a strong customer service background.
Responsibilities and Requirements of a Service Administrator:
Job card preparation: Creating and organising documentation related to service tasks, including work orders and service requests.
Arrange bookings: Scheduling appointments and service visits for customers and answer.
General administration: Handling paperwork, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks related to service operations.
Support the aftersales department: Assisting the aftersales team with various tasks, such as customer inquiries & follow-ups.
Ad hoc aftersales duties: Performing additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the aftersales operations effectively. This may include assisting with warranty claims, parts ordering, or customer communication.
The Package:
Salary: £26,450 + £6,000 OTE!!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] or [7:30am – 5:30pm]
(1-in-3) Saturday morning rota [8:00am – 1:00pm] Paid as overtime!!
