Corporate reporting is a key part of our offering at Narrative Labs. We support leading European organisations with their annual and sustainability reporting needs - from listed companies to SMEs, and from EU agencies to not-for-profit organisations.
As we experience growing demand in today's fast-changing reporting landscape, we are looking to add an experienced report writer to our talented team here in The Hague. The right person will combine excellent writing skills with a proven track record in corporate reporting and a deep-rooted interest in sustainability. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Delivering mission-critical publications, including annual and integrated reports, and standalone ESG and sustainability reports, as well as sustainability projects (e.g. developing corporate narratives and communication strategies)
- Providing high-quality written and editorial services across different projects
- Advising clients on a variety of topics, ranging from structure and messaging, to alignment with reporting regulations and frameworks, through meetings and workshops
- Overseeing Narrative Labs’ growing team of writers and editors on certain projects
- Working closely with our ‘sister’ creative agencies to coordinate report design
What we’re looking for:
- Rock-solid writing and editing skills
- Fluent-level proficiency in English
- Minimum of 4 years in a corporate reporting environment, including managing people and tasks and deliverables
- A comprehensive understanding of current and future reporting regulations (CSRD, GRI, SASB, ISSB, TCFD)
- A proven interest in sustainability and ESG and in helping companies take steps to become more sustainable
- A confident communicator, able to take the lead and steer clients towards reporting excellence
- Strong academic background (minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an English-speaking university)
