Title : Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse
Location : Bromley, Kent (BR1)
Qualifications : RGN or RMN
Setting : Nursing Home / Care Home
Type of Care : Dementia, Nursing & Residential
Salary : up to £22.05 per hour
Shift Pattern : 07:15 - 19:45 or 19:45 - 07:15 / Full Time hours only

Nursing Home Overview:
This nursing home requires a dedicated Staff Nurse to work within a beautiful nursing home in Bromley, Kent. You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.
Situated at the heart of the community, the home pride themselves on providing high quality care, taking a serious and compassionate approach to elderly nursing. The successful candidate will share these values, as the good CQC rating proves that the home is a real success.
You will be putting together treatment plans and overseeing a team of care assistants. The successful Staff Nurse will have excellent clinical leadership skills. The role will offer days or night, 36- 48 hours per week, earning up to from £22.05 per hour plus weekend enhancements.

The Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding clinical care is provided to our residents. Through your strong clinical knowledge and established people management and leadership skills, you will ensure the highest standards are achieved in relationship centred care, clinical care and dementia care throughout the home.
You will work with the care teams to ensure continuous assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents care. Your skills will be key to supporting residents with all their needs, therapeutic interventions and meaningful occupations.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV

Wound management

Administering oxygen

Putting together treatment plans

Overseeing a team of care assistants

Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:

Hold a relevant nursing qualification

Be registered with the NMC

Have satisfactory references

Have the right to work in the UK
