Graeme Pallas at CK Group is recruiting for a QA Team Lead to join a global manufacturing company specialising in the development and manufacturing of household products at their facilities located in Durham on a permanent basis.The Company:

Our client is leading chemical manufacture specialising in developing and producing household and laundry care products and exports them globally.

Salary:

Up to £40,000, depending on experience.

Location:

This QA Team Lead position is located in Durham, UK.

QA Team Lead Role:

As a QA Team Lead in the Quality Assurance function of this chemical manufacturing company, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the QA activities acrossthe site.
• Lead and support the sitewide QMS ensuring conformance with ISO9001 and GMP compliance.
• Perform internal and supplier audits.
• Carry out investigations, root cause analysis and implement CAPAs.
• Work closely with Operations and New Product Development teams to improve quality processes.

Your Background:

To be considered for this position, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Experience working in a QA function of a manufacturingenvironment. FMCG and GMP experience is desirable.
• Auditor qualification.
• Appreciation of continuous improvement method application.
• Good communication skills with an ability to liaise with people across all functions.
