Enquiry Handler / Customer Services Advisor

Bournemouth Hospital | Sales and Business Development | Permanent | Full time

Up to £22,000 dependent on experience

37.5 hours per week

Our Customer Services Department currently has an opportunity for a Enquiry Handling / Customer Services Advisor.

Key information about the role:

As our Enquiry Handler / Customer Services advisor, you will -

• Handle customer enquiries (via telephone, email and website,) supplying customers with information about services and treatments offered at the hospital.
• Communicate with customers both over the telephone and via email, and where necessary face to face providing excellent customer service.
• Log enquiries on the hospital CRM and oversee the customer journey, with a focus on lead generation and conversion
• Ensure all customer interaction is undertaken in a timely and friendly manner​
• Arrange bespoke written quotations for all self-pay patients.
• To support the development, communication and implementation of business development and marketing plans and activities (support with consultant led patient open events etc.)

To succeed in the role as an Enquiry Handler / Customer Services Advisor, you will need:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven experience in enquiry handling / customer service
• Proven experience of utilising a CRM system to meet key KPI'S
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational skills
