Thanks to the latest photographic technology and high-quality printing techniques, we transform your eyes into a masterpiece, creating original photographic art, available in a range of formats, finishes and effects. An international company with a network of 130 galleries opened in less than 3 years, we are planning to open 100+ galleries during 2024 and are now looking for a Retail Manager (32-40hrs p/w) for our new Windsor store.

The Role
As the Retail Manager , you will have high energy and be passionate about service, yet always cool, calm, and collected. You make it your priority to be a fountain of knowledge and enjoy coaching teams to deliver next level performance. You can be relied upon to perform your operational responsibilities to the highest standards and as a natural ambassador, you welcome the chance to spread your passion for the brand both inside your gallery and outside in the community.
How will you make an impact?
You will take the lead in all aspects of retail operations within your gallery, inspiring your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience and to beat their targets. With a strong service focus, you will lead by example in delivering the gallery experience, one which delights our guests every time.
Driving gallery sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success, you will recruit, retain, motivate, and develop your gallery team to achieve the highest levels of performance.
Responsibilities
Accountable for the delivery of sales and other KPI targets.
Ensure all guests enjoy extraordinary service and a WOW brand experience.
Recruit, lead and grow a high performing team with passion and enthusiasm.
Set & implement impeccable retail standards throughout the gallery.
Analyse performance, reviewing results and KPI’s and providing action plans as required.
Manage staff schedules and allocate tasks.
Stock management and reporting.
Control payroll and other store expenses ensuring alignment with budgets.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Key Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years retail experience in a customer centric or specialist retail setting, with at least 1-2 years at Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
Sales & target driven with a growth mindset.
A natural communicator and relationship builder.
Experience managing and coaching a team to achieve group objectives.
Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Planned & organised, with an attention to detail.
Basic IT skills, with knowledge of Mac office tools and Google suite desirable.
What we offer
Permanent & Full-time (32-40 hours per week)
Salary Range £25,000 - £31,200 per annum
