Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor (NQ) - Cardiff

One of the UK's highly regarded Legal 100 law firm is actively looking to hire a newly qualified claimant personal injury solicitor or chartered legal executive to join its Cardiff office.

In this position:

• You will provide support to senior fee-earners on group action matters
• The cases are representing clients who have suffered serious injury
• Work on product liability matters
• Develop your own caseload

Day to day:

• Taking clients’ instructions and drafting witness statements and schedules of loss
• Instructing medical experts
• Obtaining and reviewing medical records and preparing evidence bundles
• Instructing counsel
• Close client contact
