Job description

The Global Access team supplies unlicensed medicines for patients where the medicines in their own domestic market have left them with unmet clinical needs. As a member of the Portfolio team, this role will be responsible for maintenance of a medicine portfolio and pricing framework for all Clinigen Global Access territories.
To ensure the business objectives are met this role will provide connectivity between the supply and demand teams to ensure the business remains dynamic and maximises on commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and maintain the GA Portfolio & Pricing framework as determined by the Portfolio Pharmacist Manager and Business Leaders.
- Operates as the immediate point of contact in pricing configuration
- Maintain pre-approved pricing in the ERP system
- Manage product portfolio entry and exit via automated portfolio lifecycle review analysis and action appropriately with master data management teams and customer services to ensure an optimal performing portfolio
- Maintain and Monitor pricing trackers and performance metrics for pricing schemes at country and product level.
- Notify changing product cost prices and pricing changes to customer facing teams, highlighting the cost of goods impact on customer pricing agreements due for review
- Support the GA commercial team with the creation of price lists per market (List price, tender and preferred supplier agreements)
- Work closely with Account Managers and tender teams to ensure contract profitability, forecasting and review
- Support Country heads in optimising margin, as appropriate
- Work to ensure the accuracy of all pricing information in Oracle
- Follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures.
- Achievement of agreed individual and project KPIs
- Working collaboratively and cross functionally within Clinigen to ensure all teams contribute to the excellence of service delivery
Requirements
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Data driven and analytical, with a logical approach to independent problem resolution
- Highly computer literate; advanced knowledge of Excel, CRM, Word, PowerPoint and various relational database systems
- Medical, scientific or business degree (preferred)
- Experience working in Finance/accounting /pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences industry advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently without supervision
