Change Manager required for our Consultancy Client for an initial 3-month engagement, which has the potential to extend. The role is Outside IR35 and will require 2 - 3 days per week onsite in Manchester.

Our Consultancy client is currently looking to source an experienced Change Manager to join them on an implementation project, supporting change adoption with regards to the new rollout of a new Salesforce portal across global sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a change adoption strategy that will ensure user adoption of the changes being delivered.

It is essential that candidates have demonstrable experience in similar Change Management roles, delivering & implementing business change adoption across corporate environments and you should have experience effectively working with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.

We would be keen to hear from candidates with the following skills and experience:

Change Management experience or Change Analysis with specific business change adoption experience.

Experience building user personas and tailoring content to those personae.

Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience, knowledge and/or a qualification in change management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, APMG) is desirable

A consultancy background and any previous experience working within legal environments would also be highly beneficial.
