Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Required for After School Club – Kingston – Permanent - ASAP Start!
Part Time, Permanent, Term Time Only (34 weeks p/a)
Monday to Friday, 2.45pm to 6pm, 16.25 hours per week
£15.71 per hour: £10,109 p/a actual salary (£30,635 p/a FTE)
At Clarus Education, we are working with an Outstanding Preparatory School, located in Kingston. The school have a caring and inclusive ethos, a beautiful eight-acre site and offer first rate facilities including a performing arts and sports hall, tennis and netball courts, a sports pavilion, and all-weather pitches.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly person to join the Prep School as soon as possible to work in their pre-prep after school club.
The role involves & requires:
• Supervising pupils and preparing, planning, and delivering fun and engaging after school club activities such as arts, crafts, and games
• A full and relevant EYFS level 3 qualification or QTS
• First-hand experience of working with pupils in this age group in a school, nursery or other after school care setting
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships are also a must.

PERSON SPECIFICATION – EYFS/Year 1 SEN Teaching Assistant
• Good record of academics – degree, A level, GCSEs
• Good understanding of the EYFS
• Experience in a previous EYFS role
• Experienced TAs with an excellent knowledge of EYFS
• Calm and compassionate nature
• You must be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Holds a registered DBS or be willing to apply for one ASAP
• Able to commit to working 2:45-6pm, Monday-Friday during term time
