As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimising processes and enhancing performance through the implementation of best practices. Your contribution will be vital to the Group's ambitious journey towards automation and digitalisation.

This role is offered on a fixed term contract, initially 12 months with the view to extend based of business requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategic initiatives

• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to deliver processes.
• Own, coordinate, develop, and manage robust datasets to enable business lines to achieve service improvements, cost reductions, and error reductions.

Data exploration

• Proactively identify new opportunities within the organization to exploit data for strategic advantage.
• Extract insights from existing and historical data to revolutionize internal and external business processes.

Promote data-driven culture:

• Advocate for a self-service data culture, maximising the benefit of available data for the entire team.
• Identify areas for process efficiency improvements and automation.

⚙️ Technical proficiency:

• Set up and maintain automated data processes.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.

Performance tracking:

• Produce and track key performance indicators.
• Develop and support data reporting processes, identifying key business strategic and operational reporting requirements.

Data quality assurance:

• Monitor and audit key organizational data, providing enhancements to data quality.
• Map data flows and streamline data collection methods for automated routines.

Documentation and analysis:

• Gather, understand, and document business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Design and conduct surveys, analyzing survey data effectively.

This role may be eligible for hybrid working after 3-month probation (2 days WFH).
