Job description
Trade Team are currently looking for a Electrician to join our well established client based in the Bristol area
Please note this is a permanent role
About you: - Team player
- punctual
- The successful candidate will need to be polite and professional, as the role is very customer focused.
- work within commercial properties and communal areas
- a large part of the role will be attending properties with tenants/occupiers.
- Full UK driving license required
- Must drive
- 18th Edition , City & Guilds 2391
About the role:
- Monday - Friday - 08:00-17:00
- - Domestic and commercial EICRS and accompanying remedial work -
- General reactive maintenance, we have several contracts in place with pub chains and property management companies
- Emergency lighting testing
- Fire alarm testing/call point testing
- Engineers aren't required to visit the office if not required, materials will be available for collection at local suppliers.
- Job list will be on our internal software, iPad will be provided.
- Once the canditate has passed probation period, a van will be provided
- A temporary van will be available throughout the probation period.
