Job description

We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team.

As part of this role, you will work alongside the Head of Group Marketing, Marketing Executive, and Subject Matter Experts to develop, create, and deliver compelling content campaigns that influence, educate, and entertain target markets and stimulate our industries. You will be influential in energising our brand and developing a compelling content strategy.

What’s involved in this Content Marketing Manager role?

Content strategy: You are responsible for supporting the Head of Group Marketing in creating a multichannel content strategy that facilitates engagement across the pipeline and customer lifecycle.

Content creation: You are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of creativity in content production, with a vision for content that always provides value to its intended audience.

Internal comms: You support the Head of Group Marketing with the internal comms strategy and are instrumental in creating regular content to keep everyone up-to-date with what’s happening in the business.

Content performance: You are responsible for ensuring that our content always adds value to customers and prospects and that it demonstrates our expertise and innovation within our industries and those we serve.

Essential Skills

We are looking for an experienced content marketing professional who has the following skills and attributes:

• You are passionate about all things ‘content’ and have previous experience as a content marketer/in content strategy.
• You’ll be used to creating a range of polished and professional content including blogs/articles, social posts, reports, animations/films, web copy, infographics, whitepapers, eBooks, marketing collateral (sales brochures, flyers. etc.), case studies, and guides, across a variety of digital and offline channels including brand social media platforms, website and SEO, webinars, video, podcasts, display ads, magazines, stands and banners.
• You’re accomplished in segmentation, targeting, and positioning to create compelling content for multiple audiences.
• You know how to create compelling content for digital channels as well as offline.
• You have previously worked in a B2B marketing environment.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• You are excellent at project managing a variety of content campaigns and ensure you are always tracking campaign performance.
