Our client operates a forward-thinking, small animal practice, committed to providing top-notch care to their patients. In 2024, a state-of-the-art Digital dental X-ray facility will be introduced. Additionally, each practice houses its clinical facilities, enabling in-house laboratory services, digital X-ray capabilities, and ultrasound equipment across all sites. The group also offers endoscopy facilities, and their team of Vets boasts diverse specialisations, including orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, ophthalmology, dermatology, and complementary therapies.
The team is headed up by the Clinical Director and Group Practice Manager, with additional support from the Lead Vet, Clinical Nurse Manager, and Client Care Manager. The practice boasts 8 Vets on the team, 18 RVNs, 3 VCA's, and 15 Client Care team members across the group, all working together to meet the needs of their customers. The team enjoys bonding through nights out, including meals, Christmas parties, and they are open to new ideas from all team members.
