Following the success of our Virtual Boutique, we are now developing a team of digital ambassadors who will be responsible for all enquiries for a prestigious brand. The role will be based at our offices on Oxford Street.

As our Digital Ambassador you will be the first point of contact for all digital enquiries for specific high-end luxury watch brands for Watches of Switzerland, Mappin & Webb and Goldsmiths. Enquiries will be via email and our virtual platform, chat, audio and video. Through strong communication skills you will use your expertise to deal efficiently with initial email and web enquiries, to offer support to clients who may have questions or concerns about a specific timepiece or liaise and transfer the client to the wider business should they wish to purchase.

This role will also be focussing more on the virtual side of the business, including managing web enquiries and communicating with clients over video call e.g., Zoom or Skype. Our Digital Ambassadors are passionate about what they do! A team player with a keen eye for detail and delivering excellent customer experience, you will ensure all communication is kept in line with company procedures as well as assisting with deliveries and collections from external locations.
