Job Title: Appliance Delivery Support
Reporting to: Appliance Manager
Hours of Work:
Part time position with flexible hours, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Main Purpose of Job:
Appliance Delivery Support will support with the delivery and installation of kitchen appliances in our customers’ homes and premises. As the front line of our delivery team you will offer excellent customer service and high levels of support.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Delivery of kitchen appliances to customers’ homes and premises.
• Support with the repair, service and installation of kitchen appliances.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering high standards of customer service.
• Complete the required number of service calls per day as directed by the Appliance Manager.
• Coordinate with Appliance Manager in order to ensure effective planning, organisation and delivery of service call schedule.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and reports.
• Adherence to health and safety practices and procedures.
Key Skills / Attributes:
• Full clean driving license.
• General knowledge of kitchen appliances.
• Good communication, listening and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of safe working practices.
