Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled IT Manager with experience in team leadership, stakeholder management and architectural design to join our client’s rapidly expanding digital team and headline the brand’s tech strategies from conception to delivery.
Salary: From £60k - £70k + perks (gym discounts, additional holiday entitlement, medical plan, + more)
Location | Workplace Policy:On-site in a Merseyside office (must be based in the UK without visa or sponsorship requirements)
As a market-leading tech-savvy company that has more than 40 years of experience and over 1 million customers already regularly using the business’ products, you’ll need to be an organised and personable leader that can nurture others, oversee ERP management/integrations and drive strategic initiatives to further propel the company’s growth.
IT Manager – Tasks:
Oversee the entire tech strategy of the brand and ensure it aligns to business objectives
Engage with the brand’s various stakeholders and ensure relationships are being maintained & strengthened – whilst also reviewing performance and reporting on possible strategies to promote growth
Headline the continuous ERP integration project ensuring it remains functional and is improved where possible
Nurture your team to success and push for a culture of innovation and teamwork
Oversee the design and implementation of a hardware and software architecture
Project manage a variety of IT tasks across all phases, ensuring documentation, standards, and resources are all being managed effectively
Work alongside third parties to create proven cybersecurity efforts that comply with data protection/regulations
Allocate budgets effectively that ensure ROI is being achieved
Analyse the wider industry and ensure the brand is up to date with trends
Act as the intermediator between tech and non tech stakeholders during the ERP journey, maintaining alignment between all parties on language, progress etc.
Identify and analyse ERP user and process requirements, providing recommendations that ensure an effective solution is delivered
Offer recommendations for delivering ERP solutions
IT Manager: Key skills you’ll need to succeed:
Proven IT leadership skills in a similar tech environment
Relevant commercial experience or educate to degree level in a related field
Highly conversed in ERPs
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiar with modern IT security
Comfortable with cloud migration and implementations
Demonstrable project management skills
