NOW RECRUITING: Workforce Supervisor to join our award-winning Insulation Department. 

Do you thrive in people management?

As Workforce Supervisor you will look after approximately 15 teams (teams consist of 2/3 tradesmen with experience in plastering, carpentry or drylining). You will provide them with support, direction and guidance leading to great installs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day organisation and motivation of installers/install teams.
• Day-to-day problem solving.
• Briefing Install allocation.
• Performance monitoring.
• Installer 1-1's with the install teams/installers.
• Monitoring attendance, hours and performance.
• Payroll diary management.
• Monthly reporting.

Required skill set:

• Strong people management skills.
• Great organisational skills.
• Computer literate, especially Excel & Google-docs.
