Are you a Corporate Tax Solicitor interested in joining a market-leading Legal 500 & Chambers ranked Corporate Tax team? This Top 40 International law firm is undergoing continued growth and are looking for a 2+ PQE Corporate Tax Associate to join their City of London team.

The Team This
Top 60 law firm's corporate tax team is it's own distinct department, comprised of 1 partner and 3 other solicitors including 1 senior associate.
The work they handle is often bespoke and advisory in nature, covering a broad range of business, commercial, non-profit and personal tax issues, often in an international context.
The team advise on the full range of corporate transactions, property investment and development matters. They also advise on employment tax matters and incentive issues, banking transactions, investment fund structures and tax advice to charities, non-profits and individuals.
The Work The successful candidate would have the opportunity to work across the full spectrum of the team's tax practice, ranging from transactional matters through to cutting edge advisory work for diverse and interesting clients.
The team advises its own standalone clients, but more often they advise in the context of a project led by another team which, given the breadth of the firm's practice areas, means you will benefit from a genuinely
diverse and engaging mix of work. The team works closely with all core teams at the firm and, in so doing, benefits from a significant internal client base drawn from the other teams, giving you the opportunity to build positive and lasting relationships across the firm.
Requirements - England and Wales qualified Corporate Tax solicitor with 2+ years PQE;
- A keenness to develop experience and expertise in new areas of work;
- Minimum 2.1 degree and a training contract in a mid-sized or city firm;
- Experience gained with an established corporate tax practice is preferred; and
- Experience in working as a Corporate Tax lawyer assisting different teams within a firm would be essential (one, or more including property, corporate and banking/employment colleagues)
